Fees for Limited companies are as follows:
 
Fees from…
  • £35 – up to £65,000 revenue;
  • £45 – £65,001 to £125,000 revenue;
  • £60 – £125,001 to £250,000 revenue;
  • £POA – greater than £250,000 revenue
All fees quoted above are inclusive of VAT.

Based on your updating income and expenditure into our easy to use on line systems or agreed suitable alternatives, our limited company package provides you with the following:
 
  • Completion of your annual statutary accounts including filing at COmpanies House;
  • Completion of annual self assessment for the main Director;
  • An income statement detailing sales, costs and profit (loss);
  • Balance sheet;
  • Completion of corporation tax return;
  • Completion of VAT returns;
  • PAYE processing for 1 employee at the lower earnings limit including the completion of the Employer Annual Return – further employees can be added for an additional fee;
  • Online and telephone support throughout the time you are with us when we will be happy to answer any questions you may have – “the only stupid questions are the ones you don’t ask!”
